If the order has not yet been sent for shipment, please write to shop@elkerija.lt or call +370 670 88128, indicating the order number. If the shipment has already been shipped, you will be able to exercise your 14-day right of return.
Will I receive an order confirmation?

Do you issue a VAT invoice?
Yes. Enter your company details during purchase and we will send you an invoice by email.
Where do you deliver?
In Lithuania (Venipak/Omniva/LP Express parcel lockers and couriers).
How long will it take to receive my parcel?
In Lithuania: 1–5 business days. Attention! During periods of high order volume and before holidays, delivery delays may occur.
How can I track my shipment?
Once the shipment is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and a link by email.
How long do I have to return an item?
According to EU distance selling rules, the consumer may withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the goods.
What are the return conditions?
Returned or exchanged quality goods must be undamaged, retain their commercial appearance (with intact labels, protective films, etc.), must not have lost their functional properties, and must be unused. The product must be returned in its original packaging, with the same contents as received by the Buyer at the time of purchase, together with the purchase document and all accessories included with the product. If the product is incomplete, damaged, untidy, or not originally packaged, the Seller reserves the right to refuse acceptance, exchange, or refund.
How to initiate a return/exchange?

Who covers the return shipping costs?
Return shipping costs are usually covered by the buyer, unless the return is due to a defect or an incorrectly delivered item.
When will I receive my money?
Once the product is returned and the seller has confirmed that it has not been used or damaged, the refund will be processed within 14 business days to the Buyer’s specified bank account.
What are the exceptions?
It is not possible to return custom-made products, hygiene items with opened packaging, perishable goods, etc. (in accordance with legal regulations).
