Hassle-free returns!

If the product didn’t suit you – no problem! You may return the goods if they are not suitable due to shape, size, color, model, or completeness (except for cases provided by law). Returns or exchanges can be made within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the goods. To return or exchange a product, please contact us by email at shop@elkerija.lt – we will help you handle everything quickly and easily.

Condition of goods and packaging

The returned product must be in its original, undamaged, and clean packaging. It must be safely prepared for the return shipment. Do not forget to include the purchase document – this will help us process the return faster.

Return costs and refunds

Nothing suitable to exchange? If we do not have a suitable replacement product at that time, we will refund the full amount (delivery costs are non-refundable).

The refund for returned goods will be transferred to your specified bank account within 14 calendar days from the date we receive the returned product.
Return (transportation) costs may be deducted from the refundable amount.
Initial delivery costs are not refundable.

Chemical products

For safety and hygiene reasons, quality chemical products cannot be returned.
If such a product is defective (e.g., leaking, damaged, or not matching the description), please contact us and we will offer a solution: a replacement or a refund.

Pre-orders

Products ordered under an individual or special pre-order are non-returnable unless they are defective.
