1. General provisions
1.1. These purchase rules (hereinafter – the Rules) define the mutual rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the online store elkerija.shop (hereinafter – the Seller) and the buyer (hereinafter – the Buyer) when the Buyer purchases goods in the online store.
1.2. By purchasing goods, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these Rules.
1.3. The Seller reserves the right to amend the Rules at any time; therefore, it is recommended to review them before each purchase.

2. Conclusion of the purchase–sale agreement
2.1. The purchase–sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer places an order in the online store, provides their data, and clicks the “Buy” button.
2.2. The order is considered received when the Seller sends an order confirmation email to the Buyer.
2.3. The Seller has the right to cancel the order if the goods are no longer manufactured, are out of stock, or due to a technical error an incorrect price was indicated.

3. Buyer’s rights and obligations
3.1. The Buyer has the right to:
– purchase goods in accordance with these Rules;
– withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods (except for statutory exceptions);
– request replacement of defective goods or a refund.

3.2. The Buyer undertakes to:
– provide accurate personal, delivery, and contact details;
– collect the ordered goods;
– not transfer their login details to third parties.

4. Seller’s rights and obligations
4.1. The Seller undertakes to:
– ensure access to the online store services;
– deliver the ordered goods under the established conditions;
– ensure that the sold goods comply with the requirements of Lithuanian legislation.

4.2. The Seller has the right to:
– temporarily or permanently suspend the operation of the store;
– unilaterally amend these Rules;
– cancel the order if the Buyer violates these Rules or provides incorrect data.

5. Prices, payment, and invoices
5.1. All prices are indicated in euros (EUR) and include VAT, where applicable by law.
5.2. The Buyer may pay using one of the methods specified by the Seller, including:
– electronic banking;
– payment card;
– via the Paysera intermediary;
– advance bank transfer.
5.3. When choosing payment via Paysera, the payment is processed through the Paysera system, which acts as a payment intermediary; the Seller receives payment information after Paysera confirms the payment.
5.4. After receiving payment, an electronic invoice will be sent to the Buyer’s provided email address.

6. Delivery of goods
6.1. Goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer or to the selected parcel locker.
6.2. Delivery cost and time depend on the chosen delivery method.
6.3. The order is processed only after full payment is received.
6.4. If the goods are damaged upon delivery, the Buyer must immediately inform the Seller.

7. Returns and exchanges
7.1. Goods may be returned within 14 calendar days from receipt, in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and consumer protection laws.
7.2. Returned goods must be in original packaging, unused, and undamaged.
7.3. Return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer unless the return is due to the Seller’s fault or defective goods.

8. Personal data protection
8.1. The Buyer’s personal data is processed in accordance with Lithuanian law and the elkerija.shop privacy policy.
8.2. Data is used solely for order fulfillment and service provision purposes.

9. Liability
9.1. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided.
9.2. The Seller is not liable for damage caused by the Buyer’s fault (e.g., incorrectly provided address).
9.3. The Seller is not liable for technical disruptions caused by third parties.

10. Final provisions
10.1. These Rules are drawn up in accordance with Lithuanian law.
10.2. All disputes are resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disputes are settled in accordance with Lithuanian law.
10.3. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these Rules.
