General provisions<\/strong><br data-start=\"25\" data-end=\"28\" \/>1.1. These purchase rules (hereinafter \u2013 the Rules) define the mutual rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the online store elkerija.shop (hereinafter \u2013 the Seller) and the buyer (hereinafter \u2013 the Buyer) when the Buyer purchases goods in the online store.<br data-start=\"292\" data-end=\"295\" \/>1.2. By purchasing goods, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these Rules.<br data-start=\"385\" data-end=\"388\" \/>1.3. The Seller reserves the right to amend the Rules at any time; therefore, it is recommended to review them before each purchase.<\/p><p data-start=\"522\" data-end=\"1052\"><strong data-start=\"522\" data-end=\"570\">2. Conclusion of the purchase\u2013sale agreement<\/strong><br data-start=\"570\" data-end=\"573\" \/>2.1. The purchase\u2013sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer places an order in the online store, provides their data, and clicks the \u201cBuy\u201d button.<br data-start=\"775\" data-end=\"778\" \/>2.2. The order is considered received when the Seller sends an order confirmation email to the Buyer.<br data-start=\"879\" data-end=\"882\" \/>2.3. The Seller has the right to cancel the order if the goods are no longer manufactured, are out of stock, or due to a technical error an incorrect price was indicated.<\/p><p data-start=\"1054\" data-end=\"1363\"><strong data-start=\"1054\" data-end=\"1091\">3. Buyer\u2019s rights and obligations<\/strong><br data-start=\"1091\" data-end=\"1094\" \/>3.1. The Buyer has the right to:<br data-start=\"1126\" data-end=\"1129\" \/>\u2013 purchase goods in accordance with these Rules;<br data-start=\"1177\" data-end=\"1180\" \/>\u2013 withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods (except for statutory exceptions);<br data-start=\"1305\" data-end=\"1308\" \/>\u2013 request replacement of defective goods or a refund.<\/p><p data-start=\"1365\" data-end=\"1542\">3.2. The Buyer undertakes to:<br data-start=\"1394\" data-end=\"1397\" \/>\u2013 provide accurate personal, delivery, and contact details;<br data-start=\"1456\" data-end=\"1459\" \/>\u2013 collect the ordered goods;<br data-start=\"1487\" data-end=\"1490\" \/>\u2013 not transfer their login details to third parties.<\/p><p data-start=\"1544\" data-end=\"1816\"><strong data-start=\"1544\" data-end=\"1582\">4. Seller\u2019s rights and obligations<\/strong><br data-start=\"1582\" data-end=\"1585\" \/>4.1. The Seller undertakes to:<br data-start=\"1615\" data-end=\"1618\" \/>\u2013 ensure access to the online store services;<br data-start=\"1663\" data-end=\"1666\" \/>\u2013 deliver the ordered goods under the established conditions;<br data-start=\"1727\" data-end=\"1730\" \/>\u2013 ensure that the sold goods comply with the requirements of Lithuanian legislation.<\/p><p data-start=\"1818\" data-end=\"2037\">4.2. The Seller has the right to:<br data-start=\"1851\" data-end=\"1854\" \/>\u2013 temporarily or permanently suspend the operation of the store;<br data-start=\"1918\" data-end=\"1921\" \/>\u2013 unilaterally amend these Rules;<br data-start=\"1954\" data-end=\"1957\" \/>\u2013 cancel the order if the Buyer violates these Rules or provides incorrect data.<\/p><p data-start=\"2039\" data-end=\"2668\"><strong data-start=\"2039\" data-end=\"2075\">5. Prices, payment, and invoices<\/strong><br data-start=\"2075\" data-end=\"2078\" \/>5.1. All prices are indicated in euros (EUR) and include VAT, where applicable by law.<br data-start=\"2164\" data-end=\"2167\" \/>5.2. The Buyer may pay using one of the methods specified by the Seller, including:<br data-start=\"2250\" data-end=\"2253\" \/>\u2013 electronic banking;<br data-start=\"2274\" data-end=\"2277\" \/>\u2013 payment card;<br data-start=\"2292\" data-end=\"2295\" \/>\u2013 via the Paysera intermediary;<br data-start=\"2326\" data-end=\"2329\" \/>\u2013 advance bank transfer.<br data-start=\"2353\" data-end=\"2356\" \/>5.3. When choosing payment via Paysera, the payment is processed through the Paysera system, which acts as a payment intermediary; the Seller receives payment information after Paysera confirms the payment.<br data-start=\"2562\" data-end=\"2565\" \/>5.4. After receiving payment, an electronic invoice will be sent to the Buyer\u2019s provided email address.<\/p><p data-start=\"2670\" data-end=\"3021\"><strong data-start=\"2670\" data-end=\"2694\">6. Delivery of goods<\/strong><br data-start=\"2694\" data-end=\"2697\" \/>6.1. Goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer or to the selected parcel locker.<br data-start=\"2793\" data-end=\"2796\" \/>6.2. Delivery cost and time depend on the chosen delivery method.<br data-start=\"2861\" data-end=\"2864\" \/>6.3. The order is processed only after full payment is received.<br data-start=\"2928\" data-end=\"2931\" \/>6.4. If the goods are damaged upon delivery, the Buyer must immediately inform the Seller.<\/p><p data-start=\"3023\" data-end=\"3448\"><strong data-start=\"3023\" data-end=\"3051\">7. Returns and exchanges<\/strong><br data-start=\"3051\" data-end=\"3054\" \/>7.1. Goods may be returned within 14 calendar days from receipt, in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and consumer protection laws.<br data-start=\"3211\" data-end=\"3214\" \/>7.2. Returned goods must be in original packaging, unused, and undamaged.<br data-start=\"3287\" data-end=\"3290\" \/>7.3. Return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer unless the return is due to the Seller\u2019s fault or defective goods.<br data-start=\"3408\" data-end=\"3411\" \/>7.4. More information: Return policy.<\/p><p data-start=\"3450\" data-end=\"3680\"><strong data-start=\"3450\" data-end=\"3481\">8. Personal data protection<\/strong><br data-start=\"3481\" data-end=\"3484\" \/>8.1. The Buyer\u2019s personal data is processed in accordance with Lithuanian law and the elkerija.shop privacy policy.<br data-start=\"3599\" data-end=\"3602\" \/>8.2. Data is used solely for order fulfillment and service provision purposes.<\/p><p data-start=\"3682\" data-end=\"3961\"><strong data-start=\"3682\" data-end=\"3698\">9. Liability<\/strong><br data-start=\"3698\" data-end=\"3701\" \/>9.1. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided.<br data-start=\"3769\" data-end=\"3772\" \/>9.2. The Seller is not liable for damage caused by the Buyer\u2019s fault (e.g., incorrectly provided address).<br data-start=\"3878\" data-end=\"3881\" \/>9.3. The Seller is not liable for technical disruptions caused by third parties.<\/p><p data-start=\"3963\" data-end=\"4289\"><strong data-start=\"3963\" data-end=\"3987\">10. Final provisions<\/strong><br data-start=\"3987\" data-end=\"3990\" \/>10.1. These Rules are drawn up in accordance with Lithuanian law.<br data-start=\"4055\" data-end=\"4058\" \/>10.2. All disputes are resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disputes are settled in accordance with Lithuanian law.<br data-start=\"4195\" data-end=\"4198\" \/>10.3.
